How late can I book?
Booking must be made at least 6 hours before the expected arrival time.

Booking are open 1 year ahead.
Can I book over the phone?
No, parking cannot be booked over the phone. Booking must be made on the website.
What happens if I arrive in a different car than the one I registered?
It is important that the license plate matches the car you arrive in, as the license plate issues the parking ticket. Log in to "Manage My Booking" via the booking confirmation, click on "Change License Plate," and enter the new registration number. The license plate can be changed up to 4 hours before the entered entry time.
What if I arrive earlier than expected?
Yes, you can arrive 4 hours before.
However, please note that if you start your reservation earlier than booked, the departure time will be shortened accordingly.
Can I amend my booking?
Yes, up to 4 hours before the scheduled arrival time, subject to availability of dates or parking areas. Log in to "Manage My Booking" via the booking confirmation.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, until 4 hours before arrival time. Log in to "Manage my booking" via the booking confirmation.
Can electric charging spots be booked?
No, electric charging spots cannot be bookeed.
Can disability parking spaces be booked?
No, disabled parking spaces cannot be booked.
Can APCOA FLOW be used for booking?
No, APCOA FLOW cannot be used for booking.
How often do parking prices change?
Our parking prices are constantly monitored to ensure we offer the best possible price. This means that our prices change, so offers are only valid at the time of booking.
How can confirmation email be resent?
Log in to "Manage my booking" located at the top of the front page where you will find "Resend booking Mail". Remember to look at junk mail or directory creatives.
What happens if my return trip is delayed?
If your flight is delayed and you go over the end time of your booking, you will be charged for the extra day/days to the current drive-in rate.
