When you sign up for one of our services (e.g. Mobilparkering, Parkering.bl.dk, europark.dk) or send an inquiry, you agree that we store and process the information you provide. Your information is used to process your inquiry or provide the service you have requested. Your information is processed in full confidentiality and in accordance with the applicable rules for processing personal data. Permission is also given to contact the notified e-mail so that we can confirm and update your registered information. The information is not processed for purposes other than what they are given for. Once registered you can always get insight in which information we have about you, and have your information corrected or deleted. This according to the rules.

1.) AGREEMENT
1.1) When you book parking, an agreement is established between you and Apcoa Parking Danmark A/S, Hulmagervej 4b, DK-7100 Vejle, CVR No. 19055108.
1.2) Upon confirmation of your booking, Apcoa Airport Parking (hereinafter referred to as Airport Parking) at Billund Airport provides you with access to a parking space at the selected time and parking area. The parking space within the chosen area is unspecified.

2.) BOOKING
2.1) Parking reservations can only be made online via http://parkering.bll.dk. One parking space may be booked per transaction. A booking is valid for one entry and one exit and cannot be split across multiple parking instances.
2.2) The following details must be accurately provided during booking: first name, last name, email address, phone number, postal code, and vehicle registration number.
2.3) You must select a parking area and booking period when reserving.
2.4) Bookings must be completed no later than 6 hours prior to the planned parking start time.
2.5) If parking begins earlier than the booked start time, the exit time will be shortened accordingly.
2.6) Once booking and payment are finalized, a confirmation/receipt will be sent to the provided email address, specifying the selected period and parking area. The confirmation/receipt must be presented in print or electronic format. No refunds are provided for parking in areas other than the one booked.
2.7) Bookings are binding and considered final once the confirmation/receipt is issued.
3.) PAYMENT
3.1) The price for parking depends on the selected parking area and the number of days the parking is booked for.
3.2) When paying with a credit card, the following details must be entered: card number, expiration date, security code, and cardholder’s name. The amount will be deducted from the account within 1 to 3 banking days after purchase.
3.3) Payment for the full booking period is mandatory, regardless of whether the entire period is utilized, unless you are entitled to withdraw your booking.
3.4) The use of the parking space is calculated from the actual start time of parking or the booked start time, whichever is earlier. If parking begins earlier than the booked start time, the exit time will be shortened accordingly.
3.5) No refund is provided for unused parking time if the vehicle is picked up before the booked parking period ends.
3.6) If the parking area is exited after the booked period has expired, additional payment for the extra parking time will be required. Payment for the additional time must be made before leaving the area and will be charged according to the drive-in rate for the area.
3.7) Payment methods: Credit cards (Visa and MasterCard) are accepted.
4.) ADDITIONAL PURCHASES – CANCELLATION INSURANCE
4.1) Cancellation insurance can be purchased as an additional service when booking parking.
The cancellation insurance covers cases where parking is not utilized or started due to:
- Flight/trip cancellation
- Illness
- Mechanical breakdown of the vehicle
To utilize the cancellation insurance, the following conditions must be met:
- Contact us no later than 3 days after the planned entry date specified in your booking.
- Submit your request via email to lufthavnsparkering@apcoa.dk with "Cancellation Insurance" and your booking number in the subject line.
- Refunds are processed to the same credit card used for payment.
- The insurance does not cover parking that has already commenced.
- No refunds are provided for unused days if, for example, your return occurs earlier than planned.
- Refunds are only given if the parking period was not utilized or started at all.
The insurance must be purchased no later than 4 hours before the stated arrival time indicated in your booking.
5.) PRICING
5.1) The listed prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT.
5.2) Airport Parking reserves the right to make corrections to pricing errors, price changes, or update issues.
5.3) Prices are valid on the booking date.
6.) RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (Applies to Consumers Only)
6.1) You may withdraw your booking under the rules of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act. The withdrawal period is 14 days, starting from the date the booking was made. If the 14-day period ends on a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday, Constitution Day, December 24, or December 31, the deadline is extended to the next business day.
6.2) To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can cancel your booking via https://parkering.bll.dk/da/ under "Change My Booking" until 4 hours before the stated arrival time, effective June 1, 2024. Alternatively, use the "Manage My Booking" link in the booking confirmation.
6.3) When exercising your right of withdrawal, the refund will be processed to the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise explicitly requested. No fees will be imposed for exercising the right of withdrawal.
7.) BOOKING AMENDMENTS
7.1) In addition to the right of withdrawal, you may amend your booking with respect to the entry date/time or exit date/time until 4 hours before the stated arrival time, provided capacity is available. Any price differences resulting from changes will either be refunded or charged. You can make changes to your booking under "Manage My Booking" at http://parkering.bll.dk/home.aspx.
7.2) Changes to the license plate information must be made at least 4 hours before the stated arrival time.
8.) COMPLAINTS
8.1) All complaints must be directed to:

8.2) Complaints regarding deficiencies in the service must be made immediately after they are discovered or ought to have been discovered.
9.) BREACH OF CONTRACT
9.1) It is specified that parking spaces within the chosen area are unspecified, and no deficiency exists if you are assigned another parking space in an area of equivalent or higher price category.
9.2) If Airport Parking fails to provide an alternative parking space, you are entitled to remedies, including a refund of the parking fee. Airport Parking’s liability for deficiencies does not cover indirect losses of any kind (see also sections 10.2 and 11).
9.3) Airport Parking reserves the right to impose a control fee of DKK 590.00 for non-compliance with regulations, signage, etc., where parking causes inconvenience to others, including but not limited to other patrons or car rental companies.
10.) LIABILITY
10.1) The following liability provisions do not apply if otherwise stipulated by mandatory rules of Danish law.
10.2) Airport Parking accepts no liability for accidents, theft, or damage to persons, vehicles, equipment, or belongings inside the vehicle. Similarly, Airport Parking is not liable for indirect losses or consequential damages.
10.3) Airport Parking accepts no responsibility for parking charges incurred due to incorrect information entered during booking, including license plate details.
11.) FORCE MAJEURE
11.1) If the delivery of services is delayed or hindered due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Airport Parking, including but not limited to war, mobilization, terrorist acts (including threats of such), fire, strike, boycott, blockade, lockout (including among staff at Billund Airport), closure of the airport or its baggage handling facilities, or natural disasters, the delivery period shall be extended accordingly in calendar days.
11.2) Airport Parking cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure.
12.) GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
12.1) Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be governed by Danish law.
12.2) If disputes cannot be resolved amicably, they shall be brought before the court in Kolding, Denmark, as the first instance.
13.) OTHER PROVISIONS
13.1) Airport Parking reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions for parking at Billund Airport at any time by updating this page.
