Cancellation Insurance for Only 19 DKK
With Cancellation Insurance, you gain flexibility and peace of mind when booking parking. If you are unable to use your reserved parking space due to a canceled flight/trip, illness, or mechanical issues with your car, you can easily get a refund (excluding the insurance fee).
How Does It Work?
Cancellation Insurance can be purchased as an additional service when booking parking. The insurance covers situations where the parking is not used or not started due to:
- Canceled flight/trip
- Illness
- Mechanical breakdown of the vehicle
To make use of the Cancellation Insurance, the following conditions must be met:
- Contact us no later than 3 days after the planned entry date specified in your booking.
- Submit your request via email to lufthavnsparkering@apcoa.dk. Include "Cancellation Insurance" and your booking number in the subject line.
- Refunds will be made to the same credit card used for payment.
- The insurance does not cover parking that has already been started.
- No refund is given for unused days, e.g., if your return is earlier than planned.
- Refunds are only provided if the entire parking reservation has not been used or started.
We will ensure a quick processing of your request so that you receive your parking refund promptly.
How Do I Purchase the Insurance?
Cancellation Insurance is an optional add-on when booking parking. The price is fixed and clearly stated during the booking process.
The insurance must be purchased no later than 4 hours before the stated arrival time indicated in your booking.
