TERMS & CONDITIONS – Billund Airport
1.) AGREEMENT
1.1) By booking parking, you enter into an agreement with Apcoa Parking Danmark A/S, Hulmagervej 4b, DK-7100 Vejle, CVR No. 19055108.
1.2) Once your booking is confirmed, Apcoa AirportParking (hereinafter referred to as “AirportParking”) at Billund Airport will make a parking space available to you at the chosen time and in the chosen parking area. The parking space itself in the selected zone is not specified (i.e., it is unassigned within that area).
1.3) AirportParking can be contacted by phone at +45 75 35 40 33, by email at lufthavnsparkering@apcoa.dk, or via www.bll.dk.
1.4) Product Types and FlexibilityWhen booking parking, you choose one of the following product types, which determine your rights regarding changes and cancellations:
Your chosen product type will appear in your booking confirmation.
2.) BOOKING
2.1) Booking a parking space can only be done online via http://parkering.bll.dk. Only one parking space can be booked per transaction. Each booking covers a single entry and a single exit; it cannot be split into multiple parking sessions.
2.2) When booking, the following information must be entered correctly: first name, last name, email address, phone number, postal code, and the vehicle’s license plate number.
2.3) You must select the parking area and the booking period when making your reservation.
2.4) Bookings must be made no later than 6 hours before the planned start time of the parking.
2.5) If you begin parking before the time stated in your booking, the exit time will automatically be shortened by the corresponding amount. Entry can take place no earlier than 4 hours before the stated entry time - if you arrive earlier, the booking cannot be used.
2.6) Once booking and payment are completed, a confirmation/receipt will be sent to the provided email address. This confirmation/receipt contains all information about the chosen period and parking area. You are entitled only to the booked parking space in the specified period and area. The confirmation/receipt must be brought with you, either printed or electronically. If you park in an area other than the one specified in your booking, no refund will be granted.
2.7) The booking is binding; the agreement is considered final once the confirmation/receipt is received.
3.) PAYMENT
3.1) The price for parking depends on the chosen parking area and the number of days for which the parking lasts.
3.2) When paying by credit card, you must enter the card number, expiration date, security code (CVC/CVV), and cardholder’s name. The amount will be charged to your account within 1 to 3 business days after the purchase.
3.3) As a minimum, you must always pay for the entire booking period, regardless of whether you use the full period or not, unless you are entitled to exercise your right of withdrawal.
3.4) Use of the parking space is calculated from the moment parking actually begins, but no later than from the agreed booking start time specified in your reservation. If parking begins earlier than the stated start time, the exit time will be shortened by the corresponding amount.
3.5) If the vehicle is removed before the end of the booked parking period, no refund will be given for unused parking time.
3.6) If you leave the parking area after the paid parking period has expired, you must pay for the extra parking time. This applies regardless of the reason for the delay. Payment for the additional time must be made before exiting the area, and the rate will be the current drive-in price at that location.
3.7) The price also depends on the chosen product type. The product type and its terms are stated in your confirmation.
3.8) Accepted payment methods: Credit card (Visa and MasterCard).
4.) PRICE
4.1) All prices listed are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT.
4.2) AirportParking reserves the right to correct pricing errors, price changes, or updating errors.
4.3) The price is valid on the day of booking.
5.) RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (applies only to consumers)
5.1) You may withdraw from the booking in accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date the booking was made. If the 14-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday, Constitution Day, December 24, or December 31, the period is extended to the next business day.
5.2) Withdrawal may be effected via https://parkering.bll.dk/da/ under “Ændrer min bestilling” no later than 4 hours before the stated arrival time, applicable from June 1, 2024, or via the “Manage my booking” link in your booking confirmation.
5.3) If you have chosen a Budget or Standard product, you may also exercise the right of withdrawal, but in these cases you must contact us in writing by email at lufthavnsparkering@apcoa.dk. However, the product’s other terms for changes and cancellations (including any fees) will still apply.
5.4) If you contact us after the stated arrival time, any time elapsed beyond that arrival will not be refunded, since the product for that period is considered used and cannot be resold.
5.5) Refunds will be made using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly requested otherwise. No fee is charged for exercising the right of withdrawal.
6.) MODIFICATION OF BOOKING
6.1) The ability to modify your booking depends on the chosen product:
6.2) Changing the license plate number must also be done at least 4 hours before the stated arrival time.
6.3) Changes may include entry date/time, exit date/time, and license plate number. When changing to a more expensive product or longer period, you will be charged the price difference. If changing to a cheaper option, the difference will be refunded—except with the Budget product, which cannot be changed.
7.) COMPLAINTS
7.1) Any complaints must be directed immediately to AirportParking, Passenger Terminal 9, DK-7190 Billund; telephone +45 75 35 40 33; email: lufthavnsparkering@apcoa.dk.
7.2) Complaints concerning deficiencies in the service must be made as soon as you discover, or should have discovered, the deficiency.
8.) BREACH OF CONTRACT
8.1) It is clarified that the parking space within the desired area is unassigned, and there is no deficiency if you are directed to another parking space in a comparable or higher-priced category.
8.2) If AirportParking fails to assign you an alternative parking space, you are entitled to exercise remedies for breach of contract, including requesting a refund of the parking fee. AirportParking’s liability for any deficiency in the service does not include any indirect losses, cf. sections 10.2 and 11.
8.3) AirportParking reserves the right to impose a control fee of DKK 590 if you violate provisions or signage, or if parking is conducted in a manner that inconveniences others (including, but not limited to, other parkers, car rental companies, etc.).
9.) LIABILITY
9.1) The following liability provisions do not apply to the extent that mandatory rules of Danish law provide otherwise.
9.2) AirportParking assumes no liability for accidents, theft, or damage to persons, cars, equipment, or personal effects in your vehicle. Likewise, AirportParking is not liable for any indirect losses or consequential damages.
9.3) AirportParking assumes no liability for charges for parking as a result of incorrectly entered information during booking, including license plate errors.
10.) FORCE MAJEURE
10.1) If the delivery of the service is delayed or prevented due to unforeseen circumstances beyond AirportParking’s control, including—but not limited to—war, mobilization, terrorist acts (including threats thereof), fire, strike, boycott, blockade, lockout (including among Billund Airport staff), closure of the airport or its baggage handling, and/or natural disasters, the delivery time will be extended by the corresponding number of calendar days.
10.2) AirportParking cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure.
11.) GOVERNING LAW & VENUE
11.1) Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by Danish law.
11.2) If disagreements cannot be resolved amicably, any dispute shall be brought before the City Court of Kolding as the court of first instance.
12.) OTHER PROVISIONS
12.1) AirportParking reserves the right to revise the above Terms & Conditions for parking at Billund Airport at any time by updating this page.
